My husband and I made the decision to buy while we were still in California so we could move in as soon as we arrived, and we were able to do everything remotely. She did a walk through of the house with our friends since we couldn't be there. The night we arrived in ND, she met us at the house at 9:30 pm because she knew we wanted to see it as soon as possible. The whole process went smoothly and I love our new house!
